Return Policy:
We guarantee the purchase you make with us on fabric. Everyone's computer
your fabric purchase we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days
from the date the fabric was shipped from Nana Sue's Quilt Shop.
We will refund the cost of the fabric however shipping charges are not
refunded. This policy pertains to ONLINE CUSTOMERS ONLY!!! We do
not offer Fabric Refunds at the Shop!!!
Non-refundable items include books, patterns, software, opened notions. This
policy pertains to our Shop as well!

Class tuition fees are due at the time of sign up. Please note, fees are
non-refundable and it is at the sole-discretion of our instructors as to arranging
make up missed classes.
Nana Sue's Quilt Shop has a "No Minimum" Student Policy. If only 1 student
signs up for a class, that student will get lots of individual attention. This is to
your benefit.
Our classroom is equipped with great sewing machines. If you do not have a
machine, but want to learn how to sew, Nana Sue's will provide you with a
machine for the class FREE OF CHARGE.
Class fees do not include the cost of the pattern or book being used for the
class, nor does it include the cost of fabric and supplies to be used for the
project. Every student must have their supplies, pattern and/or book with them
for each class.
If you do not have supplies for the class with you there will be a $10.00
Please make sure that all of your personal tools are marked with your initials so
that you can identify them when you are cleaning up your work space.
Nana Sue's Quilt Shop is not responsible for lost tools left behind in the
classroom.
